With seven World Championship gold medals to his name, Mostafa has proven himself among the elite wrestlers in history. His success spans multiple age divisions, including four World Master Championship titles, demonstrating longevity and adaptability that few athletes achieve.
Beyond world championships, Mostafa has dominated regional competition with multiple Mediterranean, African, and Arab Championship titles. His collection of over 42 international medals represents decades of consistent excellence at the highest levels of wrestling competition.
